Claim Notification

All claim notifications shall be processed upon receipt and you will receive written  confirmation that your claim has been received and/or a telephone call from our Service Representative so as to coordinate an interview or visit.  Please contact  our offices within the  five working days subsequent to your notification  if  you have not been contacted by us.
