Plumbing Service

• Repair of breakage of pipes, fittings and other fixed water supply installations of the insured home—up to a maximum amount of $300.00 for each event; limited to three events.

• Unclogging of fixed piping  in the insured home, visible or not, as long as they are located  in the interior of the dwelling; A maximum limit of $100.00 for each event and within the three aforementioned mentioned.

Power (Electricity) Service

• Repairs to reestablish the energy supply at the insured dwelling or premises when the failure is a consequence of a defect or breakage of the electrical installations of the dwelling.  Limited to a maximum of $300.00 for each  event; a total of three events.

Locksmith Service

• Repair to reestablish the  function of the lock(s) in the event of  misplacement, theft or loss of keys all of which impair access into or out of   the insured home (includes locks which access a garage).  There is a  maximum limit of  $300.00 for each event and a total of three events.

• Covers cost and damage arising from the rescue of persons locked inside the insured residence shout an event impede access to the insured residence.  A maximum $500.00 limit per event is applicable; a total of three events.

Glass (structure) Service

• Replacement, due to breakage, of the affected window or door glass which forms part of the insured structure. A maximum limit of $300.00 applies to each event; a total limit of three events.
